ECHL/u2018s&nbsp;Eastern Conference and play their home games at the&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=https://echl.com/"http:////www.bonsecoursarena.com///">Bon Secours Wellness Arena<\/a>&nbsp;in downtown Greenville.<\/p><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">The franchise previously played as the&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=https://echl.com/"https:////en.wikipedia.org//wiki//Johnstown_Chiefs/">Johnstown Chiefs<\/a>&nbsp;from 1987 until the team\u2019s relocation in&nbsp;2010, and subsequently as the Greenville Road Warriors until being re-branded as the Swamp Rabbits in 2015. Now, the team heads into its 24th professional season and 18th&nbsp;as a member of the ECHL.<\/p><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">In their first ECHL season in 2003-04, the Steelheads won their first Kelly Cup Championship over the Florida Everblades, becoming the first team to win an ECHL championship in its first season since the Greensboro Monarchs in 1989-90 (the league\u2019s second season of operation). The Steelheads won their second Kelly Cup Championship in 2007 over the Dayton Bombers and also hosted the 2007 ECHL All-Star Game. The team&nbsp;captured the Brabham Cup as ECHL regular-season champions in 2009-10, on its way to its third appearance in the Kelly Cup Finals, where they fell in five games to Cincinnati.<\/p><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">Over the team\u2019s 23-year history, the Steelheads have retired four players\u2019 numbers, including defenseman Jeremy Mylymok (4), forward Scott Burt (12), all-time leading scorer Marty Flichel (16), and WCHL leading scorer Cal Ingraham (22).<\/p><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\">The Steelheads own professional hockey\u2019s longest active playoff streak at 22 seasons, never missing a playoff berth in the WCHL or ECHL.
